This is an interesting clip, and especially encouraging for English learners who are not advanced and want to become more fluent.  Did you know you can develop and improve fluency at any level?  This speaker (Paul Nation) confirms that you don't have to be advanced to become more fluent in your conversation. There are effective ways of practising this and it doesn't matter what level you are.  Ask your English Teacher for some conversation activities aimed at increasing fluency.
